As part of the team at Progressive Physiotherapy, I take pride in being one of the first people patients meet when they visit our clinic. I enjoy getting to know our patients, building relationships, and helping everyone feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

As the head of our front desk team, I help coordinate appointments, answer questions, assist with administrative needs, and keep the clinic running smoothly. I believe that a friendly smile, good communication, and a willingness to help can make a real difference in someone's day.
